Just found this ffcsi story called Pretend by seanarenay while exploring after following this link. I adore this pairing. There's love there, you know.

Anyway, finally got Firefly series on DVD. I've been listening to the commentary on a few of the episodes. Mainly, War Stories and Serenity. Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion do the commentary for War Stories and Joss Whedon and Nathan do Serenity's. They're very funny and informative.

Alan seems unable to separate his Wash persona from himself whenever Gina/Zoe is involved. There's a lot of 'That's my baby' going around. Joss has lots of stories about the higher-ups. Nathan loves the relationship between Simon and River. He'll go on about it until someone interrupts with a funny anecdote about the day or days the scene was shot.

I was going through the deleted scenes and saw the "River asks Book to marry her and Simon". The pillow, oh god, the pillow. That was so good.

Anyway. I've been doing some reading of the fanfiction sort. I'll post the links of the ones I liked later.

I'm all for getting this back on track but what's Joss' take on continuing the series?

This fic is hot. Be sure to read the warnings.

3x4x3 - Bildungsroman by Lorena.
As explained on the site, Bildungsroman is a literary term that refers to a novel that explores a character's coming of age. This is so good.

1x2x5 - Equilibrium by Asuka Kureru which is the prequel to Walking the Tightrope.
Because Wufei was unlucky and Heero has a big heart and Duo keeps missing out. In that order.^_~. These are two of the best 1x2x5 I've read so far.
(Asuka's Garou is also a must-read if you like lycanthropy and g-boys in the same equation. It's not 1x2x5 though. ^___^)

I just read Naruto chap 212. And I have just one thing to say: I KNEW IT!!!

I was wondering when it would happen. Ever since I saw the second opening of the anime that idea was just stuck in my head. I told my cuz, "He's such a good character if you like morose and murderous." I do. Kinda. I prefer to think of him as he is in chapter 212, though. I can't wait for the next chap.
